Go to Google Cloud Console → IAM & Admin → Service Accounts. Click "+ Create Service Account", enter a name, click Done.

In Google Analytics → Admin → Property Access Management → click "+" → enter the service account email → Role: Viewer → Save.
analytics.google.com → AdminIn Google Analytics → Admin → Property Settings → copy the Property ID (numeric only, e.g. 123456789). Use this in the GA4 monitor form.
